Call Center Supervisor - Vacation Sales

Travel Advantage Network is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to lead our dynamic, vacation-booking sales team!

 

We are located in Glen Burnie, MD and are looking for an experienced call-center supervisor, preferably in the vacation sales industry that can motivate our team of vacation reservation sales professionals to achieve our goals and provide the best possible vacations for our guests.  

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the performance of a team of 8-12 call center vacation sales professionals to attain department goals
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team for effective reservation strategies and portfolio roll out
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measurements to ensure Travel Agent effectiveness
  • Build partnerships that promote a culture of client service internally and externally
  • Identify, recruit and hire qualified talent to successfully drive business goals
  • Provide daily formal and informal coaching to all team members 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of call center experience; preferably in vacation reservations or hospitality industry
  • An Associates Degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Data base proficient
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 20%
