Linen Operations Manager

Elevate is seeking a Linen Operations Manager!


Elevate Cleans serves the hospitality industry through linen and housekeeping services in multiple resort locations including Ocean City, Maryland.   We are seeking an organized, dynamic, Operations Manager to coordinate our internal and outsourced linen and housekeeping services.

Job Summary

The Linen Operations Manager organizes and implementslinen and housekeeping processes and functions to include scheduling, dispatching, record keeping, training, and other administrative functions. This important role coordinates the logistics of building and organizing effective housekeeping and laundry teams for our 500 vacation rental units.  


  • Experience working in high volume linen or housekeeping services
  • Scheduling, delegating, problem solving expertise
  • At least one year of customer service experience required
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Personal vehicle with valid license and insurance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data base knowledge
  • Strong organizational and oral/ written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
