Guest Experience Coordinator

Vantage Vacation Rentals is Seeking a Portfolio Guest Experience Coordinator!

Come join a leader in the hospitality and travel industry as a Guest Experience Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a flawless guest experience for guests in our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of our guests while recommending improvements to our property owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform random inspections of its properties on a rotating basis to ensure quality arrival standards are being maintained.
  • Develop and implement an effective communication strategy for guests prior to, during and post vacation to provide a personalized touch.
  • Interact directly with the property owner or his/her representative providing guest feedback on the quality of the property and recommending needed changes.
  • Review and monitor the performance of the properties from both an occupancy and average daily rate perspective making recommendations, as needed, to drive financial performance of the properties. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree, preferred; High School Diploma, required
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays, and on-calls)
