Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a driven, growth-oriented client relations professional to serve as a liaison between Vantage Resort Realty and the property owners in the Ocean City, Maryland.    This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills, sales ability and with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a passion for facilitating incredible vacation experiences.

Job Summary:

  • Inspect property pre-season, post-season and monthly during season in order to make recommendations on upkeep, maintenance, and décor to maximize reservations and guest satisfaction
  • Proactively review each client’s Property Occupancy Calendar for vacancies
  • Research comparable rental rates both internally and externally to create maximum suggested rental rates for properties in our rental program; keep owner apprised of market rates, tips and location news.
  • Review Guest Satisfaction Surveys, and work with owner to address any issues that were brought up that we can control
  • Ensure owner and property information is updated

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Able to work flexible schedules

Qualifications:

  • AA in Business Management, preferred
  • 3-5 years Account Management and/or Customer Service experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, additional computer skills a plus
