Guest Services Coordinator

Travel Advantage Network is looking for a Front Desk Representative to coordinate guest services in Myrtle Beach, SC!

The Front Desk Representative  is the first point of contact for our vacationing guests and ensures that they have a positive and unforgettable stay.

We are seeking an energetic team-player with a strong administrative background capable of multi-tasking to assist with our check in office in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  

    Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Establish a high standard of Customer Service for all clients, creating an approachable and welcoming environment
    • Process guest check-ins/outs for guests in the office
    • Provide answers to property questions and assist the guest with room operations during their stay
    • Provide front desk support as well as completing various administrative tasks
    • Create and manage vendor work tickets
    • Put together guest welcome packets
    • Make Guest Welcome Calls
    • Work proficiently using Microsoft Suite. Additional computer skills a plus
    • Flexibility to work every other weekend- when possible

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. 
    • Education requirement may be substituted for at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
