Vantage Resort Realty is seeking a dynamic, customer service focused Rental Coordinator with experience in a fast-paced environment to act as a liaison between Vantage Resort Realty, New Jersey (Vantage), clients, guests, and vendors. This position fulfills reservation requests by determining property availability to meet the guest’s desires, - while providing excellent customer service, generating revenue and encouraging repeated use of Vantage. It assures the highest level of customer service, as the guests’ first point of contact upon arrival ensuring the guests are given all reserved items and attending to clients concern, including quality and maintenance. It is responsible for addressing all property care issues with the appropriate vendors and maintaining a chain of communication through completion with the guest, vendor, and the Sr. Business Development Coordinator/Office Manager,- as well as monitor all invoicing from both vendors and property owners to ensure accuracy.
