Primary Responsibilities

  • Embrace the company culture
  • Speak to approximately 60-80 clients a day
  • Drive booking revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Educate clients about their travel program benefits, as well as add-ons
  • Identify clients' travel needs and books the appropriate vacation experience, - offering alternatives when necessary
  • Offer persuasive options to the client
  • Support clients who may need assistance while on vacation
  • Perform outbound sales calls to clients as necessary
  • Remain current on all properties in the Travel Advantage Network portfolio
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum three years of experience in sales, contact center, or customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Weekend and night availability
  • MUST be able to pass a background check and drug test

 

Base Salary:

13.50 per hour+ Commission
